Heading for the Carribean

Hi

I'm Stephen and I'm one of the crew crossing the Atlantic with Charlie, I'm 27 and have taken a year out from my mundane office job back in sunny England to spend some time completing yacht deliveries and visiting different parts of the world.

The trip so far has been great, all the crew get on well and we've all learnt how to do a hang mans noose, hopefully we won't be needing to use our newly learnt skill any time soon though.

Being English it only seems right to mention the weather, although I'm not going to moan about, we've had a variety of wind conditions and sunshine virtually all of the time and so far I haven't sun burnt.

The highlight of the trip for me, has to be afternoon tea with chocolate cake made with Charlie's very own hands and custard, life doesn't get much better than that. As you can tell I'm easily pleased, but simple things please simple minds.

Looking forward to the 2700 nautical mile trip that we have ahead of us.

Stephen
