| Here is Peter, our Ships Medic, but we have discovered that he also has a talent for selecting provisions and for cooking. We have very ambitious menus. He is pictured here pouring champagne for a tasting test. (We’ve done several!) We are taking significant champagne supplies to celebrate birthdays anniversaries and significant Waypoints en route.
