After 2 days we are settling down. We have all had alcohol or caffeine withdrawal symptoms. Wind is great 15 to 25 knots following seas are 3 to 4 metres and the sun is shining most of the time. We did get a couple of squalls with heavy rain, luckily Martin was helming at the time.

 

Progress is good, we just need to watch out for a developing low pressure system mid Atlantic.
