There were only 2 special things that happened today. One was the fresh bread in the morning that Geoff made. Multigrain, Merel's favourite.

The other special thing was Merel's father's birthday, on which we had to propose a toast out here in the middle of nowhere. Great to be able to call him for a few minutes, despite that there are no phone booths around here, nor any mobile phone signal. Hurray for both birthday Henk and satellite phone technology!

Other than that we spent the rest of the day waiting for wind. Well, waiting... we are motoring and we have not had a day yet which was under 200 miles. But it would be nice if we could sail.
