Almost there, we would have been only a day away, but we would have been arriving in Salvador just after dark, so we’ve reefed in, and will now arrive just after dawn on the 6^th.

Another night and morning dodging bad weather, it’s ironic, we have been rained on at sea once in 5000nm, until we hit the coast of Brazil, where it has been a daily occurrence.

Looking forward to stopping in Salvador for a few days to rest and refit before pressing on to Rio.
