Sailing down the Portuguese Coast

After leaving Muros in Spain on Monday 13th July 2015 07:30 we headed down the Portuguese coast towards Cascais near Lisbon, the Atlantic rollers and the north trade winds proved challenging so we took a break at the Ilha da Berlinga just off Peniche in Portugal and anchored in the shelter of the Island to enjoy a lovely evening watching the birds.
