Day 8- We're off again!

We left Cape Verde early this morning, having to make
way for some Volvo racing boats.
As the day went on the wind picked up significantly and
we became increasingly uncomfortable, I (Izzy) even
felt a bit seasick which is unheard of.
We made good pace but it was so rocky we had to do
frozen pizzas for dinner to avoid any cooking disasters.
I can't imagine we will sleep very well
tonight!
