                There are Charolais everywhere
Sometimes the river reminds me of the Thames at Port Meadow, just north of Oxford. Sometimes it reminds Faith of Mark Twain's Mississippi, especially the straw hatted fisherman here (the sun went in just as we approached: take my word for it).
This morning is cloudless, so here is the harbour again. Verdun is okay. Beowulf is in shadow in the foreground.
