Monday 14th May.
Left Treguier for Roscoff at 07.30, high tide, on a bright, but cold morning. Beautiful trip down the river, passing a British Westerly Centaur, which brough back memories of my father in law's old boat Marela.

N.W Force 4-5 so a hald reefed main. Motored up to get an angle for a starboard close hauled tack past Les Sept Isles. A lovely day sailing, sunshine and a good wind all the way. (Top speed seen was 12 knots) We found the buoys easily to lead us in to roscoff, just before the Isle de Bats
arriving by 13.30 after 41.7 miles.

Walked around to the Old Harbour, drying, and took a look at the historic part of town, though failed to find any ice creams or the supermarket.
