Hello everyone! We got stuck in a hole for the start and had some trouble getting this big girl moving. We eventually got some wind and were able to fly big orange and get up t0 10 knots. We are making some progress and have solid winds in a lumpy sea. The crew is working together well and we are sailing in and making up some miles. More to follow!

We are all set. Weather should be great for our trip. We will have a full moon for our passage to Cape Verde which makes for absolutely beautiful night sailing. We have 5 souls aboard, Jason, Scott, Emory, Travis and Deb. We have a great watch schedule, fantastic menu and years of sailing experience and knowledge. Excited to cast away and make this big cat fly a hull! We will update our location often and we can be seen on our tracker. We have 2 setup. This leg is about 860 miles.
