That’s us safe and sound in Nazaré. Left Peniche at 11:30 in heavy rain and strong westerly winds. Sailed the first 12 miles under reefed main alone at 7-8 knots, then first glimpse of blue sky and rolled out the jib. Arrived Nazaré at 15:15. Tied up at a small marina in the corner of the fishing harbour. Looks like this will be our home for the next few days as the wind is forecast to turn back to the north.
