Catching up day today. Fiona doing washing and making curry, John updating the blog. In the afternoon we drove to the top of Lake Argyle and saw the Ord River Dam which was built in the sixties as an irrigation scheme. Thus led directly to the creation of Kununurra as a town. Needless to say the indigenous population were not consulted at the time! But it’s an impressive feat of engineering nonetheless.
