Berthed at Marina Portoroz at 1700hrs, after departing Cantieri San Rocco at 1530hrs. We attempted to berth at Koper to  organise enrty into Slovenia. An aggressive pair of border police in a RIB claimed we had entered the port illegally and could be fined. When they understood we had come from Italy and therefore were in the EU, we did not require entry permits so all clear. We walked into Portoroz for a drink and to watch the soccer before dinner. Very active tourist area.
