All hands on deck to strip, clean and stow the Bimini covers, seat cushions, removable safety gear etc., clean out the fridge and freezer, clean interior and prep tanks. We booked a hotel and had all the bed linen, towels etc. removed for professional laundering and generally got the boat prepared for lifting at a nearby yard. Avel Marine were contracted to manage the boat storage and maintenance. I left with Avel representative, Ryan, to check out the Bonici marina yard, where Westralia would be lifted, reviewed the sail loft and met with Milijana Dinovic (Avel Administrator) in the Tivat office.  All done by late afternoon. Pleasant evening for Joe’s last night on tour.
