0900 hrs 26 June.  Dawn light was followed by an orange sun rising over turbulent seas. The winds have decreased to 25knts and the land mass is providing some protection from the heavy seas now we have rounded the corner from Biscay to head south. We have maintained the reefed jib to have some recover from the heavy night. It is a clear day and the sun is offering a lot of comfort. Looking forward to a good run to southern Portugal.
