Hello all,

Just a quick update, Steve returned yesterday and following a sea test and many trials and tribulations it's all systems are go for departure to Antigua later this morning. Many thanks Steve for all your efforts (ps I have no idea who the chap is in the background but cheers to you also whoever you are).

I anticipate 28 to 30 days to Antigua and the forecast is looking favourable. I have some contingency of a few days to be sure of arriving before the 15th December when Lyn will join me.

I did have a fall back plan if the AIS system wasn’t working and that was to strap Steve to the mast and use him as my human AIS. Thankfully this wasn’t necessary. For those with an interest I am now also visible by other shipping so hopefully the vessel below will have some reference of my existence which will add a further safety net of assurance.
