Happy Leap Year’s Extra Day!

Yesterday, we had our first dry day for many a day. Every thing feels damp on WD, bedding, clothes towels etc. We can occasionally open hatches to try and air her through, but all too soon with our course and the trade winds coming from the NE, yet another wave breaks on the beam and the wind lifts the spray over the coach roof and down the hatch. Every now and then, the two meter swells push us over on our toe rail and water rushes aft along the deck, so no port holes open on the lee side. We dream of languishing in a luxurious down wind sail, when hatches will be thrown open and clothing aired, until then I hope the wind keeps us careering* along at a good pace.
