Currently mid-Bay of Biscay, the weather has been fantastic. Wind for two day around 20 knots, which has meant we have done 160 miles in 24 hours! If we keep that up we should been in Baiona our first planned stop in two and a half days if the wind holds for us. The first day out of Weymouth was very bouncy until we passed the Isles of Scilly. We are in the deep water now off the Continental Shelf and the waves haves become more regular. A beautiful sunny day, fry up for breakfast and relaxing in the sun – cracking along 6 to 8 knots, idyllic! Not much wild life, gannets, fulmars and a sooty shearwater. loads of fishing boats on the edge of the shelf, twelve just around us now. Sorry not to up date quicker but it takes a few days to get the sea legs and spend time below decks...Plus email has been an issue.
