The wind has deserted us as forecast, so we have to
motor; but the sun is shining and it's warm. It's surprising how the climate has
changed so dramatically just a couple of hundred miles off the US coast - we are
no further south, but much warmer.
Radio restored to health by assiduous tracking of
the power supply which led to an unsuspected connection to a switch for another
device which I had turned off to conserve power. Very reminiscent of my
self-manufactured problem at Nantucket reported
previously!
