Day 6 - Bermuda to the Azores

Speed 7-8 knots. Course 100 deg Magnetic.
973 Miles to go to the Azores.
Zooming along! We've been sailing at 7 to 8 knots since midnight. The wind is 15-20 knots from the South and we have a single reefed main and 50% genoa out sailing on a beam reach. Surprisingly the motion down below is ok but every now again we cop a big wave on top of the dodger! Saw some whales around sunset last night about 200m on our starboard side. Alex is still reading Shantaram at a great pace and I'm doing mathematical celestial navigation calculations most of the day. All good onboard.
