The cement in the bilges was partially successful, the trouble is it isn't fast-enough drying to cope with the water ingress BUT the flow is now half what it was.
Fernando, ably assisted by the lads from Broken Compass was putting underwater epoxy on the holes in the keel, the bad news what seemed to be a series of three holes seems to be one long hairline crack punctuated by holes! As a consequence we don't have enough epoxy sp fernando is calling the surveyor in Tahiti right now.....the GOOD NEWS however is that the epoxy is doing its stuff and hardens nicely within one hour, so two holes have been done plus a section of the hairline crack. With a bit of luck more epoxy tomorrow and we might still be away by Friday.
