We woke from a still night at anchor on the morning of 5th June, the chain
hanging limply into the water with not a breath of wind pulling on the boat.
We sailed and motored south down the east coast of Levkas in the sea between
the islands of Levkas and Meganisi.

It is a spectacular view of the mountainous coast of Levkas. We arrived into
the small bay of Sivota on the south of Levkas and moored stern to the
waterfront quay. It is a picturesque bay surrounded by tavernas both
traditional and trendy. The steep slopes around the bay are covered with
olive trees and the warm breeze whistles down the valley to the sea.

On the evening the atmosphere is touristy, but cosmopolitan largely
populated by yachties from visiting boats.
