Arrived back to Les and Timeless here in At Lucia after spending a few days in the office.

So glad to be back!

 

Toronto is SO cold right now and if it had not been for Jim and Jacky I’d have NO heavy winter clothes to wear – mine were all at the cottage.

 

Whilst in Toronto I had some replacements shipped to me -  a bracket for the Raymarine load hailer which should sit half way up the mast when it’s not broken and a new control panel for the forward electric head.

 

Anyway, I promptly fitted the new control panel AND..
..it didn’t repair the problem!

The bad news is I bought a very expensive part that wasn’t needed, the head is still dead and I’ve still got to sort the problem!

The good news!  ..is that I now have and expensive spare part ready for when it really does pack up!

Looks like I’m back to ‘Tecma’ again!

We can’t really host any guests until this is fixed. Oh well.

 

We are off exploring with the RIB today and I have to get the boat ready to be lifted out of the water for it’s below water line inspection, clean and replacement anodes fitted.

 

Gosh!  It’s soo nice to be back with Les and the boat!
