Left Puteri Harbour yesterday - a Friday - with a minor cock up. Started the engine in gear and managed to slip the stern rope off the cleat. Fortunately Colette shouted to me and by judicius use of reverse stopped us doing a complete pirouette around the end of the pontoon. Fortunately we were pointing out - not into the dock. Just to cap it all we anchored after a 12 hour sail through Singapore harbour, in a deserted bay on the East coast of Malaysia about 3o minutes before sunset, to be immediately approached by a small boat telling us we had anchored on top of his fishing net. So we had to lift all 150ft of chain and do it all again - perfect.

Nice weather today, though we have the flopper stoppers out. 34 degrees no wind apart from the self generated 6.5kts over the bow. Rimba Resort on Sibu tonight methinks!
