Muros Marina

Yesterday TC was thoroughly laundered, today her crew was thoroughly laundered. We came into the very friendly and welcoming Muros Marina to make use of the facilities (unavailable when anchored).

As a result there was no school today. Instead Harry and Isabelle had a busy time prawning and fishing from the pontoon. Harry caught prawns to improve his macaroni cheese tonight and has allowed me to spill the secret to the huge prawns enjoyed over the weekend....... found in the deep freeze of the fish monger. Sorry, couldn't resist. He also caught a 4inch fish which he is going to use as bait tomorrow, there is no putting him off, we are very impressed at his continued determination to catch more fish. He and Bol went to the sea wall for a while this evening too, returned empty handed, hence macaroni cheese for supper.

We have been thinking of Great Aunt Katharine, so close by, who is walking the Camino to Santiago de Compostela. Fortunately for her she will witness the great incense burner swinging as their arrival is planned for a special Holy Day, next Monday.

The much awaited Northerly wind is now here, we've looked at the chart south of here and need to pick out an ideal anchorage for the next few days. We have applied for a permit to visit a National Park, the Islas Cies, just outside Bayona, which look lovely.
