First full day back in Muros, the anchorage is filling up and we now have French, Dutch and Brits for neighbours.

We tried and tested all four new scrubbers on the hull and are ridding the slime although it does seem to be growing back which is surprising. It was lovely to see Harry dive down with his scrubber, do some scrubbing on the keel and then swim up the other side. Isabelle was pleased to help too, diving down a foot or so, giving the side a quick scrub and then coming up grinning from ear to ear; I know I couldn't have done that at 7 years old.

The big job today was making a prawn/shrimp catcher; using the funnel bought yesterday from the 'Ferretaria' and an old bucket, Bol stitched together two satsuma nets which were held at the rim of the bucket with elastic, then stitched the funnel in the middle of the net and weighed the whole thing down with a large rock. He then popped in the key ingredient ~ a tin of dog food pricked to make a delicious smell to entice the prawns in, then set the trap; an old trick from prawning off Bouldnor Beach in Yarmouth! Harry has tried several spots in the harbour and it is now down overnight by the harbour wall... will we have prawns for breakfast?

A dramatic thunderstorm last night, we felt quite vulnerable sitting in harbour under one of the tallest tubes of metal around, but fortunately there was only one thunderbolt right overhead and the storm moved on quite quickly, all very exciting for Harry and Isabelle!

Not a breath of wind now.
