La Coruna
It is 3am! We tied up an hour ago at 2am after a gift of a day. We have had a most perfect sailing day with 15 knots of breeze and broad reaching with a surprisingly comfortable swell.
The day began with Hans's birthday celebration, and has ended with us toasting the milestone of reaching northern Spain and polishing off your whiskey Bol accompanied by crisps, peanuts and olives ..... :-) I didn't think you'd mind!
All so delighted to be here and will probably be here for two days as windy weather is due on Tuesday and we need 3 clear days to cross Biscay.
With that in mind, more details will be in tomorrow's blog.
