At sea!

This is being sent via Hans's iPhone which seems to have signal, so no photos and short & sweet. Just to say all going well, we left Nazare after a peaceful visit despite a harbour full of busy fishing boats going in and out of the harbour all night.

We headed off into a calm sea under motor and tried sailing for about an hour but sadly had to resort to the motor again and now face the prospect of motoring until the early hours when 15knots are due around 4am. We are aiming for Bayona, now 120 miles away, where we will spend at least one night in the marina whilst a F6 blows by, then all being well we will continue on.

Hans did a delicious supper where we finished off our beautiful fish from yesterday (we look forward to any weight estimates) and we are now getting into our watch system of 3hrs on / 6hrs off through the next 24hours. It is calm out there now and not much shipping, and we're hoping that by being 12+ miles off shore we wont have lobster pots to contend with.

So all good on TC.
