We awoke to listen to the wind whistling around the marina and the rain just beginning to sweep across the boats. Luckily it all improved dramatically at midday and the sun appeared as predicted by our Danish neighbour. We have been invited onto see around his boat tomorrow, it is always so interesting to see other boats, we always seem to pick up a good idea or two.

After lunch we went ashore for a walk through the centre of town, only to find that on a Saturday many of the shops are closed, which was a bit of a surprise. We have seen the cable car going to the top of the Rock so hopefully we can take a ride up it sometime soon. We'd like to watch the sun set and the full moon rise on Tuesday, fingers crossed for a clear sky.

There are two black lines on the wall here in the saloon, they were Harry and Isabelle's heights in July, we remeasured them today and both children seem to have grown about an inch!
