Another virtually cloudless day with 15 – 18 knot northerly winds and a moderate sea making it a lively ride at times. A bit of a change from all that easy down wind sailing. The other big change is that we’re certainly not in the tropics any more. Once we passed through that weak cold front the temperature dropped and now everyone on watch, especially at night, is wrapped up in warm foul weather gear, but at least it makes sleeping a lot more comfortable. The galley continues to impress with wonderful tasty food appearing every dinner time regardless of the conditions – the crew have been most impressed. All well on board with 209 nm to run.
