Well, I forgot to tell you, we had porridge with maple syrup for breakfast yesterday â john apps did it, very tasty. This morning it was boiled eggs and curry for dinner tonight so we are eating well, even if John A has still not been allowed to make his spaghetti sauce. Seen birds, boobies but still discussion on variety.

Still struggling against headwinds, still heading away from S America, 500 nm on log but only 350 nearer destination. Speed dropped right off this morning, and we spotted we were towing a bucket attached to a buoy â amazing what you pick up out of the ocean, which is full or rubbish. Fortunately, it came free, and off we went again.

All well, still have red wine but running short of Smirnoff ice !!
