We have finally had some 11-13knot winds during the day - it is a dream. We have been averaging 6 knots today, absolutely flying. Its been a good day for sailing. Still heading west using our light wind parasail. Perfect weather for sun baking today, although some of the crew chose to stay out of the sun and participated in a knitting workshop, hosted by Chad. The scarf he completed last week is just exquisite. Beautiful needle work.

No sea life today, not even bite on our fishing line. We are still seeing a lot of seaweed in the water, so we haven’t been tempted by swimming, we are hoping to have another swim before we arrive.

The crew and captain have well and truly settled into sailing, even the captain has started to watch some movies during the day. We have had a few beers and some sangria today. We have ran out of the beers we bought in Cape Verde and the captain is guarding his Spanish beers closely! The boys have turned to straight spirits and drinking Martika’s Sangria - she better start drinking faster!

This photo just popped up today, and has been a point of discussion today (taken in Cape Verde). I think we all know who the booze hounds are…. Well paired up.

Sunset from Surfinn tonight - Stunning!

P.s. We have just picked up a new member for our Wolf Pack. The battle for Alpha status has begun….
