We left Shotley this morning at 5am - yesterday was too windy. Had a great sail most of the way and arrived here in record time. We have been out for a walk round the town - not much different from when we were last here. We are really looking forward to fish and chips tonight. We heard a rumour that Boulogne was blockaded by the fishermen but John rang the marina and was told that it had ended and it would be OK to go tomorrow, so next stop Boulogne.
