We arrived in Brighton on Thursday morning after a 24 hour journey from Shotley. We had very varied conditions – some good sailing in warmish sunshine, some motoring into a freezing cold headwind and everything in between. We tried out our watch system through the night of 2 hours on, 2 hours off with the off time spent “sleeping” below. It seemed to work quite well. We’ve just had cooked breakfasts in a Weatherspoons so that we can use their wifi. Going to look round Brighton today and will possibly move on to somewhere in the Solent tomorrow.
