Now half way to Cape Verdes and will cross the Tropic of Cancer in a couple of hours. The last 24 hours have been fast enough sailing for an arrival on Thursday morning. We will likely have to slow up in a couple of days to avoid a night time arrival which the books say is not wise on Sal. The trade winds are blowing around 20 knots and should continue until we arrive. All is well. Smooth seas in the past—now rolling on!!
