We pulled up our anchor Saturday 4th of April, 2009 at 08:19 am and headed for the Galapagos Islands, the course I had plotted is supposed to take us south and then west about 890 Nautical miles. As of midnight day-1 we were at position 7:25.50N 79:32.33W

In typical fashion and expected we were becalmed after not long out, the only thing we have going for us is the current at the moment is running out of Panama Bay and we are hooting along at 1.5Knots with out sail.

What else were we to do but to make some Coconut Punch, after which the Panamanians Dolphins came and wished us well on our journey.
