We’re finally through the Straits and are free from the clutches of the Mediterranean Sea at last, it is goods to be sailing in the Atlantic again.  The North Coast of Africa slips away to the South, and the South Coast of Europe slips away to the North as we head across the massive Gulf of Cadiz.  We expect to reach Cape St Vincent in about 36 hours.

We’re passing a lot of yachts heading the other way, and I can’t help thinking they must think we’re crazy...maybe we are, but Shangrila feels like she’s happy knowing she’s heading home.
