Hi there,

Well, we had a nice time with Emma visiting. We did some socialising with our ex rally buddies who were also in this area. Went to Long Island and did some sightseeing..... though it was mostly the inside of the tiki bars that we visited. Then sailed to Emerald Bay where we bought a day pass for the nearby Sandals Resort. This is an all-inclusive resort, so we were well prepared to maximise on the food and cocktail intake while lounging at the pool. Hard work!! but I think we got our money's worth. Next day Emma flew back home.

Since then, we have been heading north. We met Suzanne and Dave from the rally again and joined another of their famous Sunday Beach Parties. And so we are now back at Spanish Wells. This is a good anchorage that is well protected from the south... then north winds that are forecast for the next week. So we will probably stay here until the winds shift again and allow for a sail further north to the Abacos  group. Will post an update when we get there.
