In Kas we hired a car for the day and visited Xanthos, The Saklikent Gorge and Tlos. Xanthos  and Tlos are both ancient Lycean sites; each very different and again interesting. The gorge was incredibly busy with it being a Sunday and many locals had come out for the day. Duncan walked up the gorge with many hundreds of other people. It was not easy and much of it was done in the water; he came back wet up to his armpits. In the afternoon we visited Tlos; there was much more to see here as it was further inland and had not been plundered so much.
We drove back via Fethiye to try and sort out the mobile phone, but with it being Sunday, the office was closed.
On the Monday we left Kas marina and motored all the way to Fethiye, where we met up with "Happy Dancer", Dini and Pablo and their two small kids. We had helped them to find a suitable boat and it was good to see them in action, having lived on the boat for more than a year now. We stayed in Yes marina, which we enjoyed.
We checked out here to leave for Rhodos, Greece.
