We spent last night at anchor off Koh Rang Yai; a small island just close to the entrance into Boat Lagoon.
We met a pilot early this morning who took us through the very shallow water that takes you into the marina at high tide. We had only 0.2 under the keel at times.
We are now settled in the marina and are working hard contacting contractors to give us quotes for work we would like to have done when we leave Sea Topaz on the hard from May till November this year. Unfortunately we have picked a long holiday weekend; it is New Year in the Thai calendar. So we probably will not get much done until Tuesday when they all come back to work.
Denise will join us on Friday 18th from New Zealand. We'll take her cruising for just over a week.
