Ian has gone to Falmouth today to do a first aid course before he does his Y.M. Offshore in a weeks time and Louise and I are left on the boat to have a lazy day, although I think I will go to the beach this afternoon. I had a jog on it this morning and it was beautiful. Flat calm, turquoise waters and views of Montserrat and St Kitts. Lovely!
