With little wind, again, we motored most of the way to Nice from San Remo.

 

It was nice entering French waters - it felt, after nearly six weeks in Italy, that we were coming home.

 

We arrived early afternoon into Nice Port. On the ferry terminal quay was an enormous yacht - Abramovich's yacht Eclipse. We were hoping for an invite for drinks but unfortunately he had to leave port to make way for the afternoon ferry for Corsica. A bit of a problem finding somewhere to park when you are nearly 600 ft long. Fortunately we don't have that problem.

 

We did a few domestic things now back in France - Alison had her hair done and I went to the phone shop to get our French Dongle working so we have WIFI etc.
