At last, we have been able to sail the correct SW course for the last 120 miles.

Previously, the seas had been higher than the local winds would explain. Perhaps a leftover from the Tropical Storms much further north. It wasn't uncomfortable, it just made our direction a bit frustrating. We either went South, which took us too close to Africa and a big wind acceleration zone, or WSW which added a day or so onto the trip. SW was where we needed to be but the boat pitched & rolled so much that the sails continually banged which was not good for them, or our nerves. We should be able to hold this course for the rest of the trip!!

No more beached flying fish today, might have to try and catch something.
