Got off to a nice gentle start –left Horta 2.30. Had hoped to tippy toe round low systems crossing towards Ireland.Just downloaded gribs there -and there is a big depression  in Bay of Biscay  when we would be there heading for Ireland ( winds 35-40 knots) so we’ve decided to divert to northern Spain-possibly La Corunna. That should take 5-6 days. At the moment we’re doing 6 knots in 15-20 knots of wind in reasonable seas.All good on board.
