We entered the Kanal and passes Sibenik on our way to Skradin.

Wiki Cruising

"Šibenik lies on the Adriatic coast of Croatia on the E side of a five mile long inlet entered through a narrow strait, the Kanal Sv. Ante.

A historic city with an old centre dating back to the 15th and 16th centuries, Šibenik has a remarkable 15th century barrel-vaulted cathedral of St Jakob, in itself justifying a visit.

Šibenik is also a good base for a trip to the Krka National Park and its magnificent waterfalls at Skradin."

"Skradin lies on the N shore of the Krka River, eight miles upriver from Sibenik.

The village is renowned for being an entrance to the Krka National Park and in particular for the Skradinski Buk, the most spectacular of three waterfall cascades on the Krka River.

Skradin is accessible by all but the deepest-draft yachts, with depths in the channel of around 7.0 metres, maximal air draft 30 meters."

We went to Skradin but didn't visit the waterfalls.

Lot of oysters and mussels are cultivated along the river.

Passing huge bridges on the way.

Approaching Skradin. Yachts moored and anchored everywhere.

At anchor, 13-14 June, in a sheltered bay, Ostrika, near Skradin. Only yacht. Yes!

Beautiful sunset.
