Title: 08/07/12 Land Ahoy

Having closed our figure 8 off The Lizard we were poised to go into Falmouth for refuelling and a short rest. One final forecast to confirm showed wind was now expected for the duration of the voyage to Brighton, so we carried on regardless. Needless to say the wind has been lighter than that forecast, but we still hope to arrive overnight 9/10 July.

After negotiating our way across the shipping lanes, first sight of land is Bolt Head, near Salcombe, which brings back several memories of dive trips in the 90s.
