Yesterday the weather was still unstable and winds were not in our favour until the evening when the ECMWF forecast finally pulled through and the wind changed to northerly. With only 10-12 kts of wind we did 8 kts with the wind on the rear stb beam. Although we did need to motor occasionally thoughg the night, morale increased and we past the half way mark. By the time of writing this we have less than 300 nm to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
