Had 4 days on anchor in Curacao and then moved for a couple of nights to the Santa Barbara resort which has a small pontoon attached with electric and water. It was also 100 yards from a dive shop and excellent bar/restaurant - so perfect really!

Were able to use the hotels facilities, swimming pools, gym, beach etc  so after two days of recharging our batteries we set sail yesterday back to Bonaire. If you are following us on the tracker you'll see us going the opposite way to everyone else! This time the wind was on the nose so it took as a lot longer as we spent the day tacking but eventually got here at about 4pm.

We were buzzed by the Bonaire coast guard about half way across who circled us and then called us up on the VHF. He was a really friendly guy, very British (sounded like a BA pilot!) who just wanted to know where we had come from and where we were going and then told us what a lovely boat we have and how good it looks from the air!

Met up with another boat, Tianelle who had also just arrived and we had a lovely meal at the French restaurant in the marina with them. There are a number of Oysters on their way here so we'll have quite a party here by the end of the week.

Plan to spend about six days here, doing lots of diving
