Good Evening,

The good winds are continuing and have veered slightly to the north of east to allow us to steam on ahead on a close reach. Our average speed has been 6.28 knots since we left, so making great head way! It has become slightly over cast as we leave the last sight of land behind us but the winds are staying consistentl around 15 knots, ideal!

Roast chicken with mash, green beans and hot Nando's sauce for dinner, which was lovely. The bakery has re-opened today with a fresh farmhouse bloomer, our now signature loaf and a common favourite on board, maybe another chocolate cake tomorrow!!

We have all been enjoying reading/listening to books on our phones this afternoon, I have especially been enjoing some short stories, so to keep my attention as I have a tendancy, on the odd occassion a book accidentally falls into my hands, to quickly become distracted and lose interest easily. Tim is well on his journey to centre of the Earth!

A full day in the wind and sun today and we are all glowing, I especially feeling it, but its all good, that sort of reddy brown is a positive sign as oposed to the red raw, struggling to sleep, shoulder feel.

No more luck on the fish front, but not to worry we wont be going hungry.

Tonight's entertainment will be a round of Rummy before I take up post for the first night watch shift, hopefully it wont be too difficult for us all to get back into routine.

A brief update, but as you can tell all is well on board.
