The Travels of Running Tide

We have been working on Running Tide and looking at the sights. In A Coruna the Fort local to the Marina is worth a look and we also went out to the Tower of Hercules (originally a Roman lighthouse) for sunset. Sunday was spent in Santiago de Compostela, an amazing place and worth the 40minute train ride from A Coruna. The most interesting thing was the number of walkers and cyclists who had obviously travelled many 100 km to be there celebrating there arrival in the main square.

Today Monday 17 Sept we are underway again. Coast hopping first westwards in little or no wind and anchoring up in the Ria de Corme y Laxe.
